Delivery & returns

Your delivery total

Standard delivery is $10.95; delivery is included for product subtotals of $200 or more. The basket shows the charge before you submit.

Handling this collection

Keep eggs refrigerated and follow the carton date and food-handling instructions. Egg size describes the listed carton, not a guaranteed individual weight.

Before returning a product

Contact support@ovalbasket.shop with the order reference and item information before sending a return. Retain the packaging and describe the issue. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Destination and installation

Check destination eligibility and delivery arrangements before ordering. Installation, assembly and building work are not included.
